How to contact the Off Campus Housing Office for help

If you are experiencing trouble with your account, your ads, or some other facet of our website, you can contact the Off Campus Housing/Commuter Student Affairs office in the following ways:

In person - our office is located in the Student Union Memorial Center (see our online map) on the 4th level (above the UA Bookstore) in the Center for Student Involvement & Leadership. We are available 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Mon-Thu, and 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Fri.

If you are having trouble with one of your ads, please include the ad number when you contact us!
