REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Fill out the form below to request an event room or services. A minimum of 15 business days is required to process Arizona Catering orders. If this is within the 15 business days before your event, please call (520)-621-1414 to check for availability prior to requesting an event.

Beginning August 2023, all selections must be finalized 5 business days prior to the event. This includes menu selections, setup changes, guest count, etc. Changes cannot be made after this period. Any updates made to events after the deadline can be denied depending on the existing schedule and equipment availability. Changes made within 5 business days can incur a service charge of up to $250. Requests made within 24-48 hours will incur up to a $500 service fee.

Per UA policy, an alcohol permit is required for events with alcohol service that are either on University property or paid for via University funds (UA Foundation Funds). Please follow the link below to fill out the Alcohol Permit Request Form and a UA Alcohol Permit Processor will reach out to you with any questions or further needs regarding the alcohol permitting for your event.
