Lawrence Sanchez
Executive ChefChef Lawrence Sanchez is a culinary pillar here at the University and oversee food preparation at the Student Union. Born and raised in Tucson his knowledge of Tucsonan food trends is vast. He has a comprehensive background in catering, restaurants and fine dining kitchen operations with a hands-on training approach using his bilingual ability to engage staff. Lawrence experiences is based on a solid foundation of both classical methods and current trends. He bringing his passion to the campus community and plays a key role in execution of all production at the Student Union.
