Manja Blackwood

Chef Manja Blackwood, relocated from Germany after attending culinary school and internship. She has worked at several Hotels and Resorts in Arizona. She oversees the Bakery operation; her team produces everything sweet and is skilled in developing a wide variety of pastries and bakery items. Manja culinary talent runs in the family, Manja Grandparent started a café and Ice cream shop then pass down the business to Manja mother owns and operates the café in Germany now. Nothing would be complete with out dessert so of course Manja is a key innovator for the Student Union.
