 Reserving a Room in the Student Union Memorial Center
Room reservations and catering orders can be placed in person in the Student Union Memorial Center or by calling (520) 621-1414. Reservation requests will be accepted and processed in order of receipt. Tentative reservations will not be accepted. Reservation requests (for weekly or re-occurring events or meetings) should be submitted on the reservation form, which is available in the Event Planning Office or can be downloaded from this site. Room requests may also be sent via fax at 621-2545.
Groups eligible to reserve space in the Student Union Memorial Center include:
- Student clubs and organizations that are officially recognized by the Center for Student Involvement & Leadership (recognition is renewed annually)
- University Offices & Departments
- Off-campus groups.
The Student Union Memorial Center has been designed to support the activities, meetings, and conferences of the students, faculty and staff of the University of Arizona. Since the facilities are primarily intended to support the campus community, priority booking has been extended to on-campus constituents.
