Room Rates

Two hour campus, department, and student organization meetings may be scheduled twice a week at no charge.

Multiple day conferences and/or seminars require special pricing thru the Event Planning Office for either campus or non-University events.

Clients ordering a Full Service catered meal will have 50% of their room charges waived for the room where the meal takes place. Events such as reception packages, refreshment orders, box lunches and continental breakfasts do not constitute a Full Service meal, and standard room charges apply for these types of catered events.
