Christine Carlson
Director of Dining and NutritionChristine Carlson, MS, RD, CDCES, FAND is the University of Arizona Student Unions Director for Dining & Nutrition. She oversees all dining services on campus and nutrition programming for the Student Unions. Christine has spearheaded several programs for the University including a nutrition performance program for student athletes and active students, the FARE University Pilot to address food allergy accommodations, creation of an award winning food concept offering nutrient dense options, creation of an award winning culinary workshop series and the Partnership for a Healthier America Healthier Campus Initiative to highlight campus-wide wellness programs.
