Upon submitting a room reservation request form, you will receive a contract confirming the room location, A/V setup, and catering details. While the Arizona Student Unions strive to assign your preferred room, availability is not guaranteed. AZ Catering & Events reserves the right to reassign rooms to accommodate the greatest number of programs and services for the university. You will be notified of any changes to reservations promptly via email.
Room assignments are posted daily outside the meeting rooms and at various locations throughout the Student Union Memorial Center.
A minimum of 14 business days' notice is required for cancellation. A 100% room rental fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 14 days' notice. General meeting rooms include Agave, Copper, Presidio, Tubac, San Pedro, Santa Cruz, Sabino, Ventana, Pima, Mesquite, Picacho, and Madera.
A minimum of 30 business days' notice is required for cancellation. A 100% room rental fee will be charged for cancellations with less than 30 days' notice. Special event spaces include ballrooms, Catalina, Rincon, Santa Rita, Tucson, Kachina, Kiva, Gallagher, Sonora, Esports Arena, any lounge, or any space in the Student Unions not listed as a general meeting room.
100% of the contracted event total will be charged for any scheduled event where the client and guests do not arrive.
Recognized student groups are permitted two preset meeting rooms per week, with a two-hour limit per meeting, at no charge. Reservations must be made by the President or Treasurer of the organization. Room charges apply if the weekly allotment, time limit, or any Student Union policies are exceeded. Events charging admission do not qualify for no-charge rooms and will incur a room charge. Misrepresentation of events or affiliations to avoid fees may result in charges and suspension of reservation privileges. Submit a Request for Proposal form to book your room.
Available rooms include Copper, Madera, Mesquite, Picacho, Pima, Presidio, San Pedro, Santa Cruz, and Tubac.

No, room rental does not include parking. For parking arrangements, contact Parking and Transportation Services at (520) 626-7275. The nearest public parking facility is the Second Street Garage, located behind the Student Union Memorial Center.
