The Arizona Student Unions offers a range of high-visibility advertising opportunities designed to reach over 30,000 students, faculty, and staff every day. From digital display screens in high-traffic areas to print posters, table tents, and rovers, we provide multiple ways to promote your events, services, or initiatives across campus. This page outlines all available advertising options and how to get started.

Digital Totems/Plasmas
Promote your event or service on our high-traffic digital screens located throughout campus. Ads rotate as part of a dynamic schedule, giving your message consistent exposure alongside other approved content.
Before submitting your request, check out the Digital Ads Pricing & Screen Guide for details on screen locations, specs, and rates.
Once you've selected your screens and dates, email su-digitalads@email.arizona.edu with:
- Your preferred screen(s)
- Desired run dates
- Final artwork
Please submit requests at least two weeks before your launch date. All artwork must be approved by our Digital Ads team before going live.

Table Tents
Table Topper Ads are a cost-effective and highly visible way to reach the campus community. Put your message right where students gather on dining tables across campus.
Choose from two sizes:
- Standard (4” x 4.5”) – $150/week
- Stacked (4” x 9.25”) – $300/week
Your ad will appear on 240 table toppers placed in high-traffic dining spots like the Wildcat Food Court, Cactus Grill, ’85 North, Radicchio, and the Global Center Food Court.
Ads are updated nearly every Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters, with one extended rotation over Winter and Summer breaks.

Cork Board Flyers
Promote your UA-affiliated event with a flyer in our locked bulletin boards located in the Student Unions.
Guidelines:
- Only for U of A departments and recognized student organizations
- Must include the Block A logo and sponsoring group name
- Max size: 8.5” x 14” (space permitting)
- No cost to post
- Flyers must be printed and dropped off at the Student Union Information Desk (Ground Level)
- Flyers are posted once a week, typically 1–2 weeks before your event
- Flyers may remain up for up to 14 days or until the event date
- Flyers advertising alcohol, rentals, or off-campus businesses are not allowed
Rover Vinyls
Coming Soon! Wrap a Student Unions delivery rover with your custom design and drive your message across campus, literally! These fully vinyl-wrapped rovers travel daily through high-traffic areas around campus, offering eye-catching visibility to thousands of students, faculty/staff and campus visitors.
