Two New Dining Destinations Now Available!

Get ready to add two new flavors to your campus dining lineup! The Student Unions has now opened Little Italy and Root’d, bringing even more variety, fresh ingredients and customizable options to campus.

Say Ciao to Little Italy

Opened August 17, Little Italy brings Italian-inspired favorites to the Student Union. The menu features a variety of pasta dishes, including Bolognese, Florentine Rigatoni, Garden Carbonara and Cheese Tortellinini with Vegetables & Cream Sauce, and more, along with salads and classic Italian favorites.

Guests can also enjoy adding options like grilled chicken and beef meatballs making it easy to mix, match and create the perfect Italian-inspired meal. 

Get Root’d in Fresh Flavor

Opened September 1st, Root’d offers a fresh, Mediterranean-inspired dining experience centered around customization. Start by choosing grains or greens, dips, a protein, toppings and a dressing to build a meal that fits your taste. The menu also features signature gluten-free flatbreads and salads, with options including kofta meatballs, gyro, falafel, grilled chicken and salmon.
